Bring 5 mason jars and grab a friend!
Join us for this fun and interactive class. We’re coming together to have fun meal prepping salads and to learn about healthy living. This interactive class is in collaboration with League City’s Holistic Nutritionist Jennifer who will speak with us about leading and eating your way healthy.
Your registration includes a one-hour interactive talk with Jennifer, all the greens needed to make your salads to take home.
Each guest will bring 2 of their favorite ingredients or toppings to share with the group (5 cups of each item washed, chopped and ready to serve). Each guest will also bring 5 of their own quart sized mason jar to fill with salads.
