Join us for our Salad in a Jar Party as we prep salad meals. Take healthy back to your home or workplace. It’s such a simple, convenient, affordable and healthy way to add more plants and the rainbow to your diet!
We have guest speaker, League City’s Holistic Nutritionist, Jennifer Withey with Center For Champions who will open our class with an informative guide on the four deadly food additives we should be looking out for.
Jennifer Withey, MSACN, is a Clinical Nutritionist and the founder of Center for Champions. With a Master of Science in Nutrition, certifications in Applied Clinical Nutrition and Functional Blood Chemistry, as well as extensive continuing education, Jennifer specializes in helping people uncover the root causes of fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and other health challenges.
Her approach blends advanced testing, whole-food supplementation, and practical nutrition strategies to create personalized plans that empower clients to thrive. A passionate educator, Jennifer leads group reset programs, online classes, and community workshops where she shares simple, actionable steps for building healthier daily habits.
Jennifer’s mission is clear: to help individuals move beyond symptom management and experience the compounding benefits of consistent, foundational nutrition, so they can live with greater energy, clarity, and purpose. 
Salad In A Jar: Please choose 2 fresh ingredients to bring on Saturday plus your 4-5 mason jars (quart size preferably wide mouth). Or plastic containers that are similar. Although we love glass!
Please sign up for the 2 ingredients you will be bringing. Please bring a LARGE SERVING SIZE BOWL of each item, wash and prep your ingredients, and bring them in LARGE serving bowls with a SPOON. ITEMS SHOULD BE BROUGHT ALREADY PREPARED AND READY TO ADD TO THE SALAD BAR.
